I have been practicing law since 1993 and specifically handling landlord law for four years. As the sole attorney at the Law Office of Jerome J. Ghigliotti, Esq., I provide clients with highly personalized services.

Most of my clients are individual landlords with ten or fewer properties. I am committed to helping residential landlords protect their interests so they can enjoy the benefits of their properties, and I only represent landlords in residential cases. This eliminates the possibility of conflicts of interest, which many firms in San Francisco face.
